Roberta Lai has twenty years’ experience in various prominent publishing groups, where she worked, at the highest levels, in the field of radio , television, advertising and training . After working in the music industry, ( WEA, Warner Communications Group ) and advertising (Leo Burnett ), Roberta joined Gruppo 24 Ore , wherein she started from scratch the Conference and Training Division, along with other B2B services as conferences, events, software, newspapers and books . Later, she became Class CNBC General Manager, where she created and launched the official television channel while been also responsible for the revival of MF Conference. In 2001, she returned to Gruppo 24 Ore facing the challenges of the radio industry. As Chairman of Gruppo Radiofonico Sper, a subsidiary of Il Sole 24 Ore, she restructured the corporate structure and the radio channels portfolio (Radio Italia Network, Radio 24, syndication CNR , the Agency Radio AGR). The same year she took care of the selling of Gruppo Sper to RCS, with the exception of Radio 24. She later became CEO of Radio24. Under her guidance, Radio24 climbed to the 9th place in the national rankings of the most listened-to national broadcasters. In June of 2013 she left Gruppo Sole 24 Ore to be appointed President of carlobruno&associati.
